Kompol Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością received funding for the project entitled “Implementation of product innovation in Kompol Sp. z o.o.”
Project objectives: The project is a response to market analysis, the needs of our potential clients, and the implementation of the company’s strategy based on strengthening its competitive position on the target market as a manufacturer of organic and innovative products of high quality and attractive price. In order to implement a new product, it is necessary to acquire fixed assets. The new product in the form of thin foil packaging has features and functionalities that prove its innovativeness. The applicant received letters of intent, in which clients confirmed great interest and willingness to purchase the new product.
Planned outcomes: The project will result in the implementation of R&D results in the packaging industry. In this way, a new product will be launched into production. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the Applicant will strengthen its position in the foil packaging industry and increase its revenues.

Kompol Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością received funding for the project entitled “Conducting a design audit and developing a design strategy as an opportunity for the development of Kompol Sp. z o.o. in Eastern Poland.”
Project objectives: The project aims at developing a design strategy for the Podlasie branch of Kompol on the basis of a design audit. The developed strategy will be oriented towards achieving benefits by the Applicant, based on the proper use of the design potential and appropriate design management. The project is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its competitive position in the market as a manufacturer of products characterized by advanced technology, innovative solutions, high quality and attractive price. The Applicant intends to implement the developed design strategy in the future by carrying out design and investment projects aimed at introducing new, innovative products on the market, which respond to the clients’ needs.
Planned outcomes: The outcomes of the project include defining the role of design in the development of the Podlasie branch of the company and focusing on achieving strategic objectives of the branch, creating innovative products which are in line with the identity of the company and the environment in which it operates. The economic outcomes of the project are: an increase in profits, development of new markets, and an increase in the competitiveness of the Applicant.

Kompol Sp. z o.o. received funding for the project entitled “Implementation of the design strategy in Kompol Sp. z o.o.”.
Project objectives: The main aim of the project is to strengthen the competitiveness of Kompol Sp. z o.o. by increasing its potential in the field of skilful design management and by increasing the use of design in its activities. These activities will translate to launching new products on the market – functional and ergonomic paper packaging and mono-material paper packaging with partial transparency. This is the key objective of the project. Additionally, the following will take place: elaboration of a comprehensive model of a new product development process, activities in the scope of organization and processes, improvement of technology through retrofitting of the possessed technological resources, activities in the field of elaboration of a comprehensive visual identification of the company.
Planned outcomes: As part of the project, it is planned that the Applicant will implement the following actions, which are recommendations of the design strategy developed in stage I:
1. Implementing design and its management as a tool to develop own product solutions.
The strategy includes two aspects:
– creation of a team responsible for the design and implementation process,
– developing a comprehensive model of a new product development process.
2. Implementation of innovative designs with the simultaneous implementation of new production technologies.
3. Activitiesrelated to developing a comprehensive visual identification of the company.
